Shipping & Delivery
We make every effort to ship your order to the address you provided in
the most reliable way possible. We normally use FedEx Ground. We will email you tracking information within 24 hours
of shipment. Domestic shipping takes typically 1-5 days and international shipping takes approximately 6-10 days.
Issues With Award(s)
If you have any problems with your order please contact customer
service, and we will be happy to replace the item[s]. We understand that getting your replacement(s) quickly is
important to you, so we make every effort to process the changes quickly. The sooner you let us know, the more time
we have to work on your replacement(s).
Name on Award(s)
You can provide and
update your preferred name to appear on your award(s). We will use your preferred name on the award(s) as
provided.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to change or cancel your
order after submitting it, please email us directly within 24 hours of placing the order to prevent it from going
into production.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All customs, duties, and taxes will be paid for prior to your
awards(s) arrival. If you happen to be charged with any of the fees, please contact us and we will take care of it
for you.
Shipping to India - KYC Form
Per Indian Customs, you will be required to
fill out this form before your award(s) can be delivered to you. You can read more about this requirement HERE. Download KYC Form.
Change of Address
Please update your address prior to
placing an order. If an event arises where you need to change your address during production time please email us
directly with those changes. We will do our best to accommodate late address changes as long as the order has not
shipped already.
Production Time
Turn around time all together should take about 20
days. It will take approximately 14 days for production and about 5 days for shipping.

Is this site owned by Veracom?
No, this portal is provided by Aztec IP Solutions

about a Recognition Award
If you have questions about a recognition award – for example, why you
received (or didn’t receive) an award – you should contact the Veracom Patent Group directly. If you have questions
about the operation of this portal or a commemorative you ordered, you may contact Aztec IP customer service
directly.
Will Aztec IP use my email or address to send me spam?
No. Aztec IP will only
use your email to communicate with you about your awards orders or your account, and only use your shipping address
to send you your awards. Aztec IP will not provide your email address or shipping address to any other party (except
the shipping courier that will be delivering your award).
